Bulgarian, Hungarian, Latvian, Lithuanian and Polish transport ministers called upon the European Parliament (EP) President A. Tajani to postpone discussions on the “Mobility Package I” to the next EP term.

The proposals including split model, obligatory return of trucks, restrictions on cabotage, weekly rest ban and others are referred as posing the major threat to the effective and efficient functioning of road transport as well as EU economy in general.
